Portugal, here we come! This is a bit of a different adventure for me. After disembarking the Journey in Barbados for the Literary and Leisure Getaway in South Carolina, I’m reaboarding, but without my man this time. He’s staying behind in Georgia with Joe, our buddy from the World Voyage in 2024, to attend the Masters! This is a bucket list item for Greg. Joe has been a volunteer there for decades. They graciously invited us both to attend, but I’d already signed on for this cruise, so I swapped Greg for Joe’s wife and my buddy Marianne. It was a win-win all around. Marianne and I will sail Miami to Lisbon, then find some cool spot to spend a few days before we fly back to our respective countries. Fun times. Here’s the itinerary:

April 3 Hamilton, Bermuda

April 9 Horta, Azores

April 12 Lisbon, Portugal

April 12-16 TBD Sintra!

April 16 Fly back to Vancouver
