A Keremeos Pit Stop with Pumpkins and Peaches

So I'm carless at the moment in this adventure. I have a plan for that, but for now I've gone online and found something called Poparide. I'm in a car with Laura from France. We're sharing life stories. There's another passenger, a foreign student, whose using this time to catch up on sleep, but Laura and I are having a blast. Way more fun and less expensive that taking a flight up here, and not much longer time-wise as I'm not dealing with airports and security lineups. She pre-warned me that we'd be doing a stop here in Keremeos while she had a business meeting. No worries, it's a sunny day and these late in the season veggie stands are a visual feast. I'm not sure why there's a pink haired mannequin marshalling this giant squash bin, but I'm here for it. I'm picking up peaches and spaghetti squash for the arm of my family who's house I'm about to invade. Life is good.

This sketch got away from me though. Not sure how I feel about all that orange. I think I need to dip back in and finish that Udemy course on Procreate. But here it is anyways.

Thanks so much for reading, and don’t forget to sign up for updates to follow along on the adventure!
